Dan Andrews, graduating class of 2013, is from Finksburg, Maryland and majors in Studio Music and Jazz. Some of his college awards include the 2010 Outstanding Soloist at the Monterey Next Generation Festival and the 2011 DownBeat Award for Outstanding Performance. In high school, he was accepted into the All-County band 7 times, All-State 5 times, and the Bands of America Honor Band twice. He won first prize in the Maryland Scholar Concerto Competition and placed second in the Marine Band Concerto Competition.
